The Subsidized Sale Flats Project at Yuen Lung Street, Yuen Long is located at the intersection of Yuen Lung Street and Yau Tin East Road. It mainly includes the construction of 720 residential units, as well as a Small Group Homes for children and an elderly centres. The foundation works are contracted to Kin Wing Engineering Co., Limited.
	Site Works:
	Construction of 30 bored piles
	Construction of sheet piles, pipe piles, and Excavation and lateral Support (ELS) Works
	Construction of pile cap
	Construction of sewerage updating and drainage works at Yau Tin East Road
