Seminar Highlight

As technology rapidly evolves and the demand for sustainable development intensifies, safety professionals play a pivotal role in aligning OSH practices with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. This seminar will showcase how Generative AI (GenAI) can revolutionize both ESG and OSH performance. From safety audits, incident reporting, and ESG disclosures to producing multilingual training and promotional materials, GenAI enhances operational efficiency and compliance.

In the OSH domain, GenAI can support the development of safety management system documentation, training content, and even aid in conducting risk assessments and inspections. This allows safety professionals to concentrate on strategic site safety planning and real-time monitoring, elevating safety standards and optimizing resource use.

Participants will explore AI-powered tools for hazard forecasting, climate risk alerts, and inclusive stakeholder engagement. In today’s “Low Carbon + Smart Tech + Human-Centric” landscape, GenAI is transforming ESG &OSH from a compliance burden into a strategic driver of innovation and resilience.

Speaker : Mr. Victor Kwong                                                                  

Victor Kwong currently serves as Chairman of the Environmental Committee at the Institute of ESG & Benchmark, Vice Chairman of the Sustainability Professionals Association, Director of the Conservancy Association, and Senior Consultant to the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC). 

He is a former President of The Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Association (HKOSHA) and the Founding President of The Hong Kong Federation of Occupational Safety and Health Associations. Victor has been honored with the prestigious Golden Helmet Award from the Lighthouse Club and the Distinguished Service Award from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). 

He also leads government-subsidized ESG training programs focused on real estate, green finance, and asset planning, with 80% of course fees covered. In addition, he pioneered the world’s first comprehensive course on Generative AI in OSH and has spearheaded international training initiatives on GenAI applications for occupational safety and health.
